What happens after you send the form

Every estimate is job-specific. For interior work we ask about the room, the run and the ceiling height. For a deck, pergola or pool surround we ask where it sits, how much sun it takes and what is under it now, because exposure and substructure decide the material before anything else does.

You get a written estimate naming the material and the scope. Where something has to be opened up before anyone can be sure, the estimate says that plainly instead of hiding it in a contingency.

What we need from you

A photo, a rough measurement, and which of the two coasts you are on. Tampa and Sarasota are run by different crews, so knowing the location up front decides who calls you back and how quickly we can be on site.

If there is existing work being matched or replaced, a photo of it helps more than a description. Profiles and board widths vary, and matching one is ordinary work when we can see it early.

Where we work

We cover Tampa, Sarasota, Bradenton, St. Petersburg and Lakewood Ranch, with a crew and a local number on each coast. The Tampa number reaches the Tampa crew and the Sarasota number reaches the Sarasota crew, so call the one nearest the job.
